The V.A.L.E.™ system is a revolutionary and patent pending method of attaching the muffler canisters to the exhaust tube without the use of springs or welding. V.A.L.E.™ system allows the muffler assembly - exhaust tube and canister - to be positioned perfectly on the bike before all the mounting hardware is fully tightened. Once the canister and exhaust tubes are properly aligned, the V.A.L.E. assembly locks the muffler canister to the exhaust tube assuring a perfect, leak-free fit.
M7 V.A.L.E.™ exhaust systems feature an exclusive Teflon coated, blunted, cast magnesium outlet and the exclusive X-Lite™ retaining ring that not only looks great, but also significantly reduces the weight of the exhaust system.
The V.A.L.E.™ inlet design eliminates the use of springs and creates an adjustable mount that is rock solid. The system also features a percision mandrel-bent, thin-wall s-bend tube, and for a full system, a custom fit header pipe for each model.
U.S. Forestry Service approved Spark Arrestors are included with all M-7 V.A.L.E.™ offroad, slip-on exhaust systems. The tips mute the exhaust tone slightly with absolutely no loss of horsepower. Additionally these tips prevent the introduction of foreign matter into the exhaust system. DOES NOT fit, nor is it intended to be used with the C2, C4 or C5 mufflers.
